So it's been a while since I've posted anything about my Aran knit...I've been a little busy but I've also had a minor setback. The phrase "My dog ate my homework" has become all too familiar...

Somehow, the above little bugger (otherwise known as Jack, but most commonly known to us as Rupert...) managed to weasel his way into my room and tear my knitting pattern into a heap of slobbering mess.
Progress is being made but not at the speed I'd like. Still working on this back piece but getting a little bored if I'm honest. It's not that the crumpled thing that used to be a pattern is preventing me from knitting- more that I haven't yet had the patience to try to re-assemble it!
Try as I might I can't stay mad too long. I just found this picture of Mini Rup and it melts my little black heart ♥
